All Hallows Place Caravan Park

This is a family run park with the aim of providing a tranquil retreat from the stress of modern life and a place to get away from it all.

Paul and Alison have gone to great lengths to provide a welcoming site and the facilities required in order to make you feel at home, as well as maintaining and looking after the park themselves.

The park is situated in rural leafy countryside, within the grounds of a country house, and well away from the nearest public road. It is surrounded by a fruit hedgerow and then open farmland, which is ideal for those who want to get away for a peaceful and relaxing break. There are oodles of wildlife including wild rabbits, bats, hedgehogs, woodpeckers, owls, many migrating birds, as well as Elsa and Max the dogs (please do not feed them!)

You can view both the River Medway and the Thames from here and those summer sunsets can be pretty spectacular.

The park is very secure, with entry via a height barrier. The new shower block has now been completed, with stylish wet rooms finished to a high standard, which are proving to be a big hit with our guests. There are also laundry and washing up facilities within the amenities building.

We stock a limited range of basic essentials for sale on site, and can provide a wider range of supplies, including food, drink and daily newspapers, but this must be prior ordered.

There is a bar on site with a plasma TV, where you can expect a cosy, comfortable atmosphere and meet and talk with other guests or sit and enjoy the peace if you prefer. There is live entertainment on most bank holidays and peak weekends.

Children are welcome on this family run site. This year we have installed a large play/adventure area, and accompanied children are welcome in the bar. Children must however be supervised at all times, both for their own safety and in consideration of our other guests' right to peace and quiet.

We do allow dogs on the site, and have a designated dog walking area, but dogs must be kept under control at all times.

Should you feel the need for some gentle exercise, the local village can offer a riding school, a national cycling route and a small golf course. Neighbouring villages (car required) offer sailing schools, RSPB bird sanctuaries, fishing and even Micro-lighting.

Many of our more adventurous guests hop over to France for the day, as Dover/Folkestone should take no more than an hour even at peak times. More locally, Historic Rochester boasts a medieval High Street with many antique/trinket shops along with its castle and cathedral. Throughout the year there are many festivals such as Sweeps and Dickens. Concerts are often held within the grounds of the castle. There is a good variety of cafes/restaurants should you fancy a night away from the dishes.
